You'll enjoy this soothing hot tea infused with exotic spices, which first originated in India.
Prep Time:5 min
Start to Finish:10 min
makes:4 servings (1 cup each)
2cups water
4tea bags black tea
2cups fat-free (skim) milk
2tablespoons honey
1/2teaspoon ground ginger
1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
1.Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove tea bags.
2.Stir remaining ingredients into tea. Heat to boiling. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. Pour into cups.

very gingery
Good, but next time I make it I will use 1/4 t. ginger and 1/2 t. of cinn. and maybe a little less milk, 1 1/2 cups.
