Chai Iced Tea

Chai Iced Tea
Recipe Tip
Water Wonders
Eat foods and drink beverages which contain a higher percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.
Success
You may want to do a little taste testing when you add the brown sugar. Depending on the brand of tea used, you might need more or less sugar.
