Super easy and so good! I added one and a half cups of finely chopped apples and 1/2 cup of chopped dates for even more flavor and fiber. These disappear so fast the only suggestion that really helps is to double or triple the recipe!!!--Vicki, Murphy NC

Buttermilk Raisin Bran Muffins
This is a great recipe! I absolutely LOVE these muffins - they don't taste 'healthy' at all! My husband eats them, friends will eat them - they are just great!
