Not too bad
We really liked this. It is a little too peanut buttery for us to eat very often, but very quick and easy. Also, spicy-ness was great! I added toasted seseme seeds and green onions, added some nice flavor to it!!

Love this!
I love, love, love! this recipe. It is super quick, easy and absolutely delicious. My husband and I eat it probably once every week or two. Using fresh beans definitely makes a difference.

Great fresh
This meal was great. It tastes much better fresh than re-heated but still a good vegetarian meal or side dish. I used natural peanut butter and it turned out good.

Yum!
This is a great dinner. Spicy, sweet, fresh and healthy. It only took about 10 minutes to make this meal but it was super tasty and filling. We used fresh green beans, which made the meal even better! We will be making this again!

This was really easy and good. I used brown rice gluten free shells instead, but it was still great. The green beans are a nice touch to this, for sure.

a spicy treat!
We really liked this recipe!
We used it as a side for another recipe on this site (Two Mustard Chicken) and it was great.. we had a lot leftover though cuz this is meant to be the main dish.
We couldn't find a 10oz bag of cut green beans so we used a 16oz bag because we love our veggies and it was perfect! We actually preferred it with more beans.
It is a little spicy but not too hot.. just right!
