Peas w Mushrooms and Thyme
I've been having a terrible time getting my son to like eating healthy (not smothered in cheese) greens. This recipe is a hit, he likes it and so does everyone else! I replaced the olive oil with Marsala wine, and the salt with Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs for a low-sodium alternative. Enjoy!
