Great light side
I really enjoy this as a super fast, light side. Especially great as a summer side, very refreshing yet filling.

I prefer the broccoli and my husband prefers the cauliflower so this recipe works for both of us. It is simple yet yummy. We have it a couple of times a month!

Great Veggie side dish
I used 4 cups of fresh broccoli since I didn't have frozen broccoli or cauliflower on hand. I also used grated dry parmesan from my pantry. My family loved it even though I over cooked the broccoli. It was so easy! Thank you for the great tip!

Good
My husband and I both liked this dish but our 15 year old did not. Would make it again for my husband and I.
