This tasty fruit and yogurt combination has the calories, protein and carbohydrates you need for a hearty breakfast. It also makes a great lunch or between-meal snack.
Prep Time:10 min
Start to Finish:10 min
makes:2 servings
1/2cup chopped cantaloupe
1/2cup sliced strawberries
1/2cup sliced kiwifruit or honeydew melon
1/2banana, sliced
1cup Yoplait® Light fat-free Very Vanilla yogurt
2tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted*
1.Alternate layers of fruit and yogurt in 2 goblets or parfait glasses, beginning and ending with fruit.
2.Top with almonds.
*To toast nuts, bake uncovered in ungreased shallow pan in 350° oven about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Or cook in ungreased heavy skillet over medium-low heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.

Loved it! Made with frozen fruit, as not the season for all the yummy fresh fruit. Still was fantastic!
