cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/2
cup sweetened dried cranberries

cup sliced almonds
1/3
cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed

Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.

In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread evenly in pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through bake time, until almonds are lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with yogurt or milk.
