Baby Peas with Lemon-Pepper and Honey
Recipe Tip
Pass the Peas
Peas supply chromium, a mineral we need in small amounts. Preliminary research suggests that people with diabetes may need a bit more chromium than others do.

So yummy!
These peas were amazing! The honey made them very sweet and there was just enough butter so you got some in the background. The main thing you tasted though was the honey. The juice at the bottom that collects off of the ice crystals mixed with the honey and tasted soooo good! Will definitely make again. By the way a pound of peas equals about 4 and a half cups.
