These fajitas make a great and easy weeknight dinner, using beef slices from the deli and purchased dressing.

cup fat-free Italian dressing

to 3 teaspoons lime juice

lb thinly sliced, cooked roast beef, cut into strips (2 cups)

cup chopped fresh broccoli

small tomato, chopped (1/2 cupl)

whole wheat pita breads (6 inch), cut in half to form pockets

leaves lettuce
  • 1 In medium bowl, mix dressing and lime juice. Add roast beef, broccoli and tomato; toss to coat.
  • 2 To serve, line pita bread halves with lettuce. Fill each with about 1/2 cup beef mixture. If desired, drizzle with additional Italian dressing.
