I had made these a few years back when they first appeared on this page but it was winter so I used canned fruit. I again made these this past Saturday for a brunch and was able to use the fresh strawberries and mangoes and they were a huge hit. This recipe is so easy to make and seems very elegant.

AWESOME.I made this for a work potluck. Several people asked for the recipe and everyone that tried it loved it. I used sugar free caramel syrup which helped to reduce the calories even more and it still had a great taste. This recipe is a keeper.

Loved this dessert. Extremely easy to make. I tripled the recipe to make it worth dirtying the kitchen utensils. I topped mine with a blackberry.
