Soy milk vs. Rice milk
I like to use Rice milk in this recipe. It's just as tasty. But, I'll have to check how it changes the calories, fat, etc. I also use frozen bananas (I freeze them when they start getting too many black spots). I only rated it a "4" because I substituted the milk. De-li-cious!!!

Pretty Good!
Well i made a mistake and added a little ice, I think it watered down the flavors, so don't do it! The frozen strawberries should give it enough for that "smoothie" texture. I did add a little honey & that helped a bit, and oh oh oh my hubs went to the store for me and got PLAIN Soymilk instead of VANILLA! So I think that may have made a difference too... So when I do it RIGHT next time, I am sure it will earn 5 stars!

Smoothie
This smoothie is so good! I think the banana I used wasn't ripe, so it didn't taste as good as it could've, but it is so delicious. You have to try it!!!

Tastes great!
This is easy to make and I never tried soy milk before this because I'm not a big "milk" drinker anyway, but I love this smoothie.
