The benefits of soy milk and pomegranate juice join forces in this lovely and refreshing beverage. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:2 servings (3/4 cup each)
1cup frozen blueberries
1/2cup pomegranate juice
1/2cup soy milk
1.In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

I am new to smoothies, so I have nothing to compare it to. I did replace the soy with skim milk. It tasted okay, nothing exceptional about it.
