package (14 ounces) ready-to-serve original Italian pizza crust or other 12-inch ready-to-serve pizza crust
1/2
cup shredded reduced-fat Havarti cheese (2 oz)

cups washed fresh baby spinach leaves (from 10-oz bag)

cup diced cooked chicken
1/4
cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)
1/2
teaspoon garlic salt
1/2
cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan.
  • 2 Top with Havarti cheese, spinach, chicken, bell peppers, garlic salt and Cheddar cheese.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

I used garlic powder in stead of carlic salt and brushed the crust with a light amount of butter and added fresh parmesiam to the crust before baking. I also grilled fresh bell pepper with my chicken and added to the pizza. This recipe was FANTASTIC!! It was a MAJOR hit in my house and I will be making it again!! YUM YUM!
