Two-Mustard Chicken

Two-Mustard Chicken
Recipe Tip
Poultry Power
Chicken is a super source of lean protein that contains vitamin B3, niacin. Niacin helps our bodies release energy from foods we eat.
Dijon mustard, coarse-grained mustard and honey partner with chicken for a flavor that's a little bit sweet and a little bit feisty. From eatbetteramerica.
Prep Time:5 min
Start to Finish:40 min
makes:4 servings

1/4cup Dijon mustard
2tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
2tablespoons honey
4boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
1.Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2.In small bowl, mix mustards and honey; spread on both sides of chicken. Place in pan.
3.Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).

yum
This chicken is pretty good, and relatively easy to make. I like that the cook time is short, and can be done on a minutes notice. We enjoyed this recipe and will make again soon.

This was absolutely delicious. Even after reading the reviews I was surprised with just how tasty it was. NOM! I served with steamed broccoli and carrots, and rice.

Try this recipe
I made this dish last night and it was fantastic. Don't normally gush over a recipe but this one is the exception to the rule. Everyone loved it. Beautiful blend of flavors. And the best part, one of the people is not fond of mustard and she was the one who gushed the most! Give it a try, you will not be sorry.

Two-Mustard Chicken
I thought this was extremely easy and good. I did make one change before baking it. After dipping the chicken pieces in the sauce, I rolled each piece in Panko bread crumbs. I knew my kids would like the familiarity of the crispiness. I also made extra mustard sauce for dipping. I served this with spinach salad and sweet potato fries.

Easy and Tasty!
While preparing the sauce, I started to get a bit hesitant due to the strong smell. However, once it was done I was happily surprised that the sauce was not as spicy or overpowering as it smelled. Our 3 year old ate his almost all gone and my husband really enjoyed it! I will definitely be making this again..took no time at all to prepare which is always a bonus.

AMAZING!
This recipe was so easy to make and it was absolutely delicious! Played around with a couple different mustards with the same concept and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be reusing this recipe again. Only downfall was that it was not as good reheated so don't look to this for a quick meal the next day. Other than that... no complaints!

So Good!!
This dish was so, so good! I'm not a very experienced cook, but this recipe was easy. I made it for my parents and my mother was very impressed! The chicken was moist and the flavor of the mustard and honey was outstanding! I definitely recommend this recipe!

Great Recipe! Try this one!
This recipe is fantastic! I thought it might be too mustardy, but the honey makes it sweet with just a little spice. I've made it three times already and it is definitely a new staple for dinner. Try this one!
