Two-Mustard Chicken

Dijon mustard, coarse-grained mustard and honey partner with chicken for a flavor that's a little bit sweet and a little bit feisty. From eatbetteramerica.

Start to Finish:40 min
makes:4 servings

1/4cup Dijon mustard
2tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
2tablespoons honey
4boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
1.Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2.In small bowl, mix mustards and honey; spread on both sides of chicken. Place in pan.
3.Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).

Very Moist

Very Good
Very good dish. Everyone in the family liked it. Very easy to make. Not too sweet or spicy. Cooking time was right on. Came out great. I will definitely make again.

it was good
this meal was very good and very different to try.i have to say it was alittle bit to spicy for my boys. so the next time i make i wont add as much dijon to it. yes we will have this again for sure

This recipe is fantastic! I thought it might be too mustardy, but the honey makes it sweet with just a little spice. I've made it three times already and it is definitely a new staple for dinner. Try this one!
