Brown sugar and mustard pair wonderfully with salmon in this sweet-spicy grilled creation. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:4 servings
1tablespoon packed brown sugar
2teaspoons cider vinegar
2teaspoons honey mustard
1/8to 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1salmon fillet (1 lb)
Chopped fresh chives, if desired
1.Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon and chives. Spread over top of salmon.
2.Place salmon, skin side down, on grill rack over medium heat. Cover; cook 10 to 14 minutes, without turning, until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with chives.

Love this recipe! With a recipe this good, I can eat this for lunch and dinner everyday. Perfect way to get in my omega 3's.

This was great, just enough sweet to stop the dryness of the grilled salmon and just enough tart to pull the flavor together.
