This delicious lemonade sorbet makes a cool and refreshing dessert for a hot summer day. From eatbetteramerica.

Start to Finish:4 hr 10 min
makes:4 servings
1 1/2cups cold water
1cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate (from 12-oz can)
3tablespoons honey
Lemon slices, if desired
Blueberries, if desired
1.In blender or food processor, place water, lemonade concentrate and honey. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into 8-inch square glass baking dish.
2.Freeze about 4 hours until firm, stirring several times to keep mixture smooth. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
