Used wrong mix
Found this recipe and was all excited thinking I had everything needed and could whip these right up. What I thought was a brownie mix turned out to be chocolate cake instead, so I used that, batter way to dry so I added another 1/3 cup of water and tasted a little bland ( yes I tasted the raw batter) Added two tablespoons of cocoa power and a few extra chips, Cookies turned out good, moist & chewy, still could use a little more flavor but I'm thinking that was probably the cake mix so I will try again with a rich brownie mix. Believe me these won't go to waste !!

Delicious!
I made these cookies last night and they were delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect because of the fiber one cereal but it actually added the perfect texture to these fudge cookies. My family also loved them!!!! I will definatley make these again.

Yummy!
These were great for a low-cal, high-fiber cookie. I especially liked the cinnamon, it made them a little extra special. Kids even loved them!

Misty
I made these cookies for my son and we loved them. I had several picky eaters try them at work and they wanted the recipe. I used egg beaters in place of the egg to make it even healthier and next time will also try the applesauce in place of the oil. By using the egg beaters, my cookies looked just like the ones in the picture. Enjoy... great way to get your children, and you too, to consume more fiber.

Very good
Just made these and my husband and I thought they were great. I was worried that I would not like them since some reviews said they had a wierd texture. I did not find the texture to be offensive. They baked up with no problem

Adjustable Recipe
So I added 1/3 cup whole wheat flour because I used a brownie package, not box...thought it was less mix. Then I ground up 2 cups of raisin bran (took the raisins out by hand) and added that. Absentmindedly forgot the oil. It resulted in a delicious, though dense and mildly rubbery cookie. I only made 12 (3 inches in diameter). But they are very tasty!

fudgy cookies
I have made these cookies a few times and they taste really good. I love cake so this is a better alternative for me. I do recommend putting the cereal in a food processor or crushing it. Way better that way. My kids like these to.

Didn't like the cereal in it
The fiber one was kind of dull, but I liked the batter though, rich and delish. I wouldn't use fiber one in my cookies next time.

Just tried this recipe and it was DELICIOUS!! My cookies looked just like the picture. I crushed the Fiber One cereal before adding it, and it still delivered a great crunch. My family LOVED it! Definitely a cookie recipe to add to my routine.

I was very impressed by this cookie. Only modification I did was that I used Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal instead of Fiber One. Soo hard to believe they are healthy cookies. Enjoy with a glass of milk or cup of coffee guilt free! =)

Fiber One Fudge Cookies
We love these cookies, I add dried fruit (cranberries, cherries,or mixed fruit) and dark choc.chips, never had problem with being thin or breaking apart, comes out of sprayed pan easily. Make sure you mix everything well. Have made them weekly for past 6 months.

these cookies were amazing it does clean out your system if you know what i mean! The only thing i would change is put aluminum foil over a cookie sheet and crumple it up then put the cookie dough on top of that because when i just sprayed it the cookies stuck to the pan and kind of fell apart.

Yuck!
These were just awful. The cereal stayed just as it was in the box, so not crunchy really. Rather soggy yet tough. All we thought was that if the kids really liked them as others say in their reviews then we have to wonder what kind of cookies you are feeding the kids. Had to throw them all away. Just awful!

easy clean up
I am a single dad who hates doing dishes, so this is the easy way. these are great cookies, but to make clean up easier use a muffin tin, and make cups for it with Reynolds Wrap Release Aluminum Foil, rip sheets about 3 - 4 inches wide, then cut those pieces in half with scissors, this will actually sharpen the scissors if you stack the pieces 2 or 3 pieces on top of each other. then take the pieces and push them into each spot of the muffin tin. this helps control the size and shape of each cookie. it does take a few extra minutes to cook this way. if you only have one muffin tin, when you take the first batch out of the tin, lift each cookie out refill with release pieces then add batter. after the cookies are cool you can either take them out of the foil, or do as I did, and just wrap the sides of the foil pockets closed and toss them in a large ziploc, when you want some cookies just grab them and they are already wrapped, ready to go.

Cookies are ok
I like the taste of these cookies but mine did not set up like the ones in the picture. When I placed my mix on the cookie sheet, it spread out so thin, it was like paper. I went back to the recipe to make sure I didn't do something wrong but I followed it exactly. If you have made these before, could you tell me how well yours did? Based on the taste, I would like to make these again but not like this first time.

I made these today! I tried these on my 8yr old son and his neighborhoods buds and they raved about them. I would spray the pan next time as they were a little tough to remove....definitely will make again. I only ended up with 3 dozen as I ate too much of the batter before baking.....it was that good!

Fiber1 Crunch Fudge Cookie
I too found the cookie to spread out rather thinly. I guess that is how they get 70 calories per cookie. It does not look like the picture. To compensate for this I cooked them in mini muffin pans (the same yeild as cookie recipe)you have to add 4 mins cooking time approx. They were more a brownie like texture, but you feel like you are actually eating something. You could also cook them like a brownie I suppose and cut them after. My 9 yr old son liked the brownie style better than the cookie.

Delicious!
These cookies are delicious and the fact that they are low in calories and fat makes them even better. I used low fat brownie mix, applesauce instead of oil and egg beaters instead of the egg to lower the calories even more and they turned out great. I would definitely suggest crushing up the Fiber One as someone had previously mentioned. I crushed it up a little but more would probably have led to a better cookie!

great!
These are great. They basically taste like a brownie with Fiber One cereal in them, and surprisingly, I like it. My kids gobbled them up too. Layering 2 cookies with 1/2 cup Breyers Free Vanilla ice cream and a drizzling of regular Hershey's chocolate syrup plus 2 TBS light whipping cream is only 4 WW points, and was bigger than my usual Smart Ones desserts.

Protein Question
Regarding the protein in the egg. There is only one egg (6 protein grams) divided among 42 cookies. So each cookie contains only about one-tenth of a gram of protein. Not enough to count...unless you eat the whole batch!!!! And I probably could!

I make cookies on Sundays for the kids' lunches the following week. I had to make a double batch of these! BIG HIT! I like that I'm sneaking some fiber in...to be honest they won't eat the cereal itself (we're still trying to gear away from the sugary stuff), but they do love these cookies!
