Expert Tips

Dark chocolate contains phytonutrients that are good for your health. A bit of chocolate, as in this recipe, especially when served with fruits, is a tremendous way to get many nutrients. For an extra-chilly treat, freeze the fruit. When the frozen fruit hits the warm chocolate, it makes a wonderful cover.

"Chocolate, in small doses (and large ones at times), is a great treat and stress reliever, plus it's good for me." Lynn V.
