can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup

can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

cups water

cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Rinse rice with cold water; drain. In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix rice and all remaining ingredients except parsley.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours. Stir in parsley before serving.

Expert Tips

To add crunch to this creamy dish, add a couple tablespoons of toasted pecans or almonds. You can either stir them in or sprinkle them right on top.
