cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dried dill weed

teaspoon pepper

cups thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers (2 medium)

small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 In medium bowl, mix ingredients until well blended.
  • 2 Cover; refrigerate about 4 hours or until chilled.

Eat foods like cucumbers which contain a higher percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.

Dress up the look of the “cukes” by running the tines of a fork down the length of each cucumber before slicing.

These creamy cucumbers have a really good flavor, but the yogurt makes them a bit runny for my taste. Maybe lowfat sour cream would be less runny?
