(15.6-oz.) pkg. cranberry quick bread mix

cup orange juice
1/4
cup oil
1
teaspoon grated orange peel

Frosting

cups powdered sugar
1/2
teaspoon grated orange peel

to 6 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all cookie ingredients. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until dry particles are moistened. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 2 Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 13 minutes or until cookies are set and edges are light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely.
  • 3 In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Frost cooled cookies. Let stand until frosting is set. Store between sheets of waxed paper in loosely covered container.
