flavorful and yummy
I will definitely be making this again. I cooked this last night for supper and eating leftovers for lunch today and it is still delious! I used drained can carrots and a can of diced tomatoes, 2 bouillon cubes and no okra and no red pepper sauce and it was great... I just used what I had in the pantry and loved it! oh and I used chicken breast instead of thighs..:)

chicken & rice gumbo
I tried this receipe and my family and I really enjoyed it. I will fix it again. I added diced tomatoes as well as stewed tomatoes. I also added shrimp when I added the okra and that was a great addition. I used Tony Cacheres seasoning and I thought that added just the right seasoning.

Chicken 'n Rice Gumbo
Very good and fairly quick. Very bland without the pepper sauce. I used diced tomatoes instead of the stewed and will be making it again!!!

This is a great, very filling meal. We added mushrooms which just added another vegetable. We will definitely be having this for dinner again soon.
