teaspoons chopped fresh or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

tablespoon grated lemon peel

teaspoons garlic salt

boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)

Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken. Sprinkle mixture over chicken.

Carefully oil grill rack. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F). If desired, garnish with additional fresh thyme.
