makes:2 servings

1/2cup fat-free (skim) milk
1container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free harvest peach yogurt
1medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg
1.In blender, place milk, yogurt and peach. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
2.Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Great way to start the day!
Great recipe but I add a banana and a little crushed ice. One of my favorite smoothies.
