makes:2 servings (about 1 cup each)

2cups plain or vanilla soymilk
2tablespoons honey
5bags green tea
1piece (2 x 4 inch) orange peel
1/4teaspoon ground ginger
1.In 1-quart saucepan, heat soymilk and honey just to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Add tea bags, orange peel and ginger to soymilk mixture; stir to blend.
2.Push tea bags into soymilk mixture; let stand 5 minutes. Discard tea bags and orange peel. Strain soymilk mixture before serving.

great!
I love this drink! It's super simple with ingredients I have on hand often. It's a great pick me up when you don't feel like going out to a coffee shop. I make this in the mornings on my way to work and experiment a little with what fruit rind I put in the tea.
