makes:2 servings

1medium banana, cut into chunks
2cups light chocolate soymilk
2teaspoons instant coffee granules or crystals
1/2teaspoon vanilla
1cup ice cubes
1.In blender or food processor, place banana, soymilk, coffee granules and vanilla. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend about 15 seconds or until blended.
2.Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

delicious!!
I made this today for the first time and it was delicious. I made my own chocolate milk using low fat choco syrup and low fat milk. It turned out great! I also used instant espresso as a substitute for regular instant coffee which made the drink a little stronger (which I loved)! I am definitely going to make this again this week!

Delicious!
Was a great drink- I made it minus the coffee for my son, then added the coffee for my husband & I. I will definately make it again.
