Recipe Tip
Water Wonders
Eat foods like cucumbers which contain a high percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.
Did You Know?
Try flavored hummus, such as roasted red pepper hummus, garlic hummus and much more. Look for it in your grocer's refrigerated case.

easy to make, tastes great
I really like this recipe. It was very easy to make. I used an everything bagel and toasted it when it did not say in the recipe but was really good. I did leave out the spinach leaves. I will be making this again!
