can (10 oz) 98%-fat-free chicken breast chunks in water, drained

cup fat-free poppy seed dressing
Fresh mint leaves, if desired
  • 1 In large bowl, gently toss lettuce, orange segments and chicken.
  • 2 Drizzle dressing over salad. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
