cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic raspberries or fresh raspberries
1/2
teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 In blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on low speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

This is an absolutely yummy and nutritous snack! I made it for a post workout pick-me-up and this is a smoothie I will be making again and again!

I made this and it was pretty good. I think I might like it more if I substituted strawberries for raspberries.
