2: cups water

4: tea bags black tea

2: cups fat-free (skim) milk

2: tablespoons honey

1/2: teaspoon ground ginger

1/2: teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4: teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove tea bags.
2 Stir remaining ingredients into tea. Heat to boiling. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. Pour into cups.

Good, but next time I make it I will use 1/4 t. ginger and 1/2 t. of cinn. and maybe a little less milk, 1 1/2 cups.
