Great recipe! Tasty, attractive, healthy choice. My sister prepared this for 30+ people the other night. She made it and then placed it in an electric roaster on low(I assume do the same thing in a crock pot) and it kept it at the right temperature without drying it out.

We love enjoying in-season foods and when you find a new recipe for them, well, that just makes it even more enjoyable! This is a really nice change for a side dish that you can really eat with anything (it's nice leftover as well). We couldn't find the terriyaki base/glaze, but used low sodium terriyaki sauce instead. I can't compare the two, but the sauce was delish! Thanks for sharing!

It's green bean season, so I appreciated a new twist. I've made this recipe three times in the last month, and it's a hit. Enjoy the summer produce!
