I just made these for a couple of friends for dinner the other night. They were very tasty. I would be curious to try the recipe with chicken breats, but the drummettes worked fine. I purchased 30 drummettes though, and it weighed about 4 lbs., but that was fine. The sauce has a little bit of sweetness, but it is not overly sweet. I would definitely recommend this recipe.
