lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch slices

cloves garlic, finely chopped

tablespoons packed brown sugar

tablespoon orange juice

tablespoon molasses
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork and garlic in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is no longer pink in center. Drain if necessary.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until mixture thickens and coats pork.

this worked out very well for me last night. a.) it was different (I tend to make the same things over and over), and b.) it was fast! It was a little sweet, however. I think next time I'll skip most of the sugar and use more garlic. Overall a very strong A-.
