Relish

can (7 oz) Green Giant® Niblets® whole kernel corn, drained

medium plum (Roma) tomato, chopped (1/3 cup)

medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)

tablespoon cider vinegar

teaspoons honey

teaspoon dried oregano leaves

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

teaspoon salt
Fish
4
halibut steaks (about 6 oz each)

tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2
teaspoon coarse ground pepper
1/4
teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix relish ingredients; set aside.
  • 2 Brush halibut with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle with pepper and oregano.
  • 3 Place halibut on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once or twice, until halibut flakes easily with fork. Serve relish with fish.

Expert Tips

Keep a spray bottle filled with water near the grill. Use it to douse any flare-ups that may occur.

Halibut is a mild, firm, white fish from northern Pacific and Atlantic waters. This flat fish ranges in weight from 50 to as much as 1,000 pounds!
