tablespoon packed brown sugar

teaspoons cider vinegar

teaspoons honey mustard

to 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

salmon fillet (1 lb)
Chopped fresh chives, if desired
  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon and chives. Spread over top of salmon.
  • 2 Place salmon, skin side down, on grill rack over medium heat. Cover; cook 10 to 14 minutes, without turning, until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with chives.
