Raspberry Smoothie

makes:1 servings

1/2cup plain or vanilla yogurt (4 oz)
1cup fresh raspberries or Cascadian Farm® frozen organic raspberries
1/2cup milk
1.Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Use low-fat or non-fat yogurt and milk if you are watching your calories or fat intake. To further thicken the smoothie, use frozen milk cubes instead of liquid milk. Double the batch and share with your children – they will love this one!
