medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg

In blender, place milk, yogurt and peach. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Great way to start the day!
Great recipe but I add a banana and a little crushed ice. One of my favorite smoothies.
