Favorite Fruits
Fruits offer a host of nutrients including vitamin C to accompany their great taste. Be sure to get at least 2 to 3 servings of fruit daily.
Drizzle fresh fruit with a tasty combo of brown sugar and low-fat yogurt. From eatbetteramerica.

makes:4 servings

1tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/4cup plain low-fat yogurt
1cup seedless grapes
1medium pear, sliced
1kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
Chocolate-flavor syrup, if desired
1.In small bowl, mix brown sugar and yogurt. Divide grapes, pear and kiwifruit among 4 dessert dishes.
2.Top fruit in each dish with about 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture. Drizzle with syrup.
