Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast

Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast
Recipe Tip
Easy Egg Substitutes
Egg substitutes provide the protein from eggs but don't contain the cholesterol found in egg yolks. That's good news for your heart.
Success
The key to making great French toast lies in bringing the griddle or skillet to the right temperature. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat (375°F) for about 10 minutes before cooking.

I have been making this for years. Great recipe, the bread is the trick. If youre not dieting try lightly spreading light butter on the bread fisrt before dipping into the egg mix. The taste is like BAM under warm syrup.

very good
I made this for my family, and we all enjoyed. It was very easy to make and tasted very good. I didn't use any syrup or fruit w/it, but some of my family did use syrup. I thought it was very good alone!
