Banana-Date Muffins
Recipe Tip
Super Sunflowers
Sunflower seeds or nuts provide vitamin E and unsaturated fats. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant helping to protect cells and unsaturated fats can help lower blood cholesterol.
Variation
Add a personal touch by using your favorite dried fruit; chopped dried apricots and sweetened dried cranberries are good choices. Toss in some chopped nuts, if you like.
