This recipe is a keeper, even though I used unbleached flour instead of bread flour.I think it would be good using it for french toast.

I added the 2 extra teaspoons of water other posters suggested. My bread rose right to the top of the breadmaker, the biggest loaf I've ever made and it was absolutely delicious. I substituted almost a cup of golden raisins for the regular, they seem to have been torn into small pieces but were well mixed in. I'm looking forward to making this again!

This is the first recipe that I have tried with my Christmas present (new bread machine). The bread came out wonderful. Great recipe! I did up the amount of raisins though to 1 cup. This is definitely a recipe that I will continue to use frequently. Give it a try...it is yummy!!!
