  • SERVINGS

    8

2
cups (about 3 oz.) fat-free star-shaped cinnamon graham snacks
2
medium bananas, sliced
3/4
cup skim milk
1
(8-oz.) container nonfat vanilla yogurt
1
(3.4-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 Spray 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Reserve 24 snacks for edge and garnish; arrange remaining snacks in single layer in bottom of pan. Top with banana slices.
  • 2 In medium bowl, combine milk, yogurt and pudding mix; beat 1 to 2 minutes at low speed with electric mixer or with spoon until thickened. Spoon mixture over bananas; spread evenly.
  • 3 Place 3 of the reserved snacks in center of pie; arrange remaining snacks around edge of pie, standing snacks up against side of pan and inserting halfway into pudding to resemble crimped edge. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes or until set. Store in refrigerator.
