Bananas contain vitamin B6, also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 is important for digesting proteins—plus it helps to keep hair and nerves healthy.

If you are a snack-aholic like me, you will really enjoy this. This covers all the bases: salty, crunchy, and sweet! I do like the apples chips, but next time I will try banana chips. I think I will like them better, and they are crunchier! I also love the fact that they are so low in calories.
