Hot Black Bean Dip

can (16 ounces) fat-free refried black or pinto beans

cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream

cup salsa

teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground black pepper

cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (optional)

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, combine beans, sour cream, salsa, salt, and pepper. Spoon into a 3- to 4-cup shallow baking dish. Top with cheese, if using. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until heated through.

Yummy dip
I loved this recipe. The only thing I did a little different was grind the beans in a food processor. I even made it in a crockpot once and it turned out great..it was a big hit at a party.
