Savory Sunflower Seeds
Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats from nuts and seeds may help lower blood cholesterol. But fats are high in calories so keep portions small.
Substitution

Awesome!
I love this snack! One suggestion - spread into a bigger pan so the pieces are not as big and are more managable for little ones. Other than that, I love! Any suggestions out there for a substition for corn syrup???

Curbs the sweet tooth...
Super easy and a million ways to put this all together. I just made a batch with dried blueberries, cherries, apricots and pine nuts! But use the Curves Whole Grain Cereal instead of the Honey. There is plenty of sweetness with the dried fruit and brown sugar, and it saves a whopping 370 calories!
