1can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, drained
2tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
1tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1clove garlic, finely chopped
16(1/2-inch-thick) slices baguette, toasted (about 6 oz)
1.Stir together tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic.
2.Spoon mixture onto toasted bread slices. Serve immediately.

The Bruschette
These are simply marvalas. I used vine ripe tomatoes and chopped them really fine. Greatand simple.
