"Healthified" Blue Cheese Burgers

"Healthified" Blue Cheese Burgers
Recipe Tip
What is "Healthified"?
We've replaced ingredients with great-tasting alternatives to create better-for-you recipes that are just as yummy as the original.
Substitution
You can use lean ground turkey instead of extra-lean ground beef. Be sure to cook until thermometer inserted in center of turkey patties reads 165°F.
Purchasing
Look for the blue cheese in small plastic containers in the refrigerated cheese area of the grocery store or with the deli cheeses.
Make It Special
Make these burgers "saucy" by serving with reduced-fat or fat-free blue cheese dressing.
75% more fiber • 41% less fat • 35% less sat fat than the original recipe—see the comparison. No dinnertime blues with burgers that deliver all the flavor you’d anticipate, as well as the fiber you might not expect. From eatbetteramerica.
