Fruit and Pasta Salad with Yogurt
Recipe Tip
Fresh Fruits
Fruits such as strawberries and kiwifruit provide vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid. Choosing vitamin C-rich foods keeps gums and blood vessels healthy.
Substitution
You can use 1 (6-oz) container of Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt instead of the yogurt in the recipe if you like.
Do-Ahead
Prepare pasta, fruit and dressing. Cover and store separately in the refrigerator up to one day. Combine just before serving.

Sweetly dressed pasta and fruit make an out-of-the box extraordinary salad in just 30 minutes. From eatbetteramerica.

Start to Finish:30 min
makes:8 servings (3/4 cup each)
2cups uncooked gemelli pasta (4 oz)
3cups cut-up fresh fruit, such as strawberries, grapes, plums, peaches
1container (6 oz) Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla or creamy harvest peach yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1/4cup poppy seed dressing
1teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4teaspoon salt
1.Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2.In large bowl, stir together pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.

yum!
i only cook for myself, so i only used half of the pasta. then i left out the poppyseed dressing but just sprinkled in some poppyseeds and it was just perfect! quick & easy too!
