One bite and you'll soon realize that rich chocolate taste is still there but we gave it a healthified twist. Here's the skinny:
1/3 cup vegetable oil >
6 oz. Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt 3 eggs >
2 egg whites or 1/4 cup fat-free egg product 6 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa >
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa We think you'll agree, Catherine, it's every bit as delicious. It's like falling in love again.

1 cup granulated sugar 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup fat-free egg product 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt Powdered sugar, if desired

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.

2 In medium bowl, mix sugar, yogurt, oil, vanilla and egg whites. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan.

3 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
